Full detailed planning consent is in place and all plots are serviced. There is scope for purchases or tenants to have significant input into design and specification.
We do have space that is suitable for accomodating a workforce of between 25 and 75 staff available immediately to rent but anyone looking purchase a larger office such as this will need to be in a position to tolerate a 9 month 'lead-in'. These are unique maisonette type offices with 'own front door' access direct off Crown Road. We estimate that these offices are capable of accomodating between 25 and 35 staff depending on specific opperational requirements.
